This workshop is intended to power up your creative juices and boost your imagination into overdrive!
The class will be 1-3:30pm on Sunday June 7th.
You will become comfortable using unconventional yarns with unconventional gauges and needle/hook sizes. Start your next project with unusual techniques and Glitter Knitter flair that capture the concept of relaxing and enjoying your crochet and knitting projects! Learn to use bulky and chunky yarns alternating with lace and fingering yarns all on a size 15 needle or large hook.
You will be inspired by StevenBe’s creative use of both traditional and non-traditional fibers and how to use them in unconventional ways with one of StevenBe’s chunky designs! Silk ’N Scribbles, Scribblechini, Spirograph Vest, or Crochet Wiggle Shawl!
StevenBe will review current trends and his passion for chunky knitting
•When you signup we will send you the PDF of the StevenBe Legendary E-Book 1 week before class.
•StevenBe garment or accessory pattern chosen from the following: Silk ’N Scribbles, Scribblechini, Spirograph Vest, or Crochet Wiggle Shawl!
•Knitting needles size US 13-17 or crochet hooks size K-P.
•Steven will create custom Kits for project of students choosing or student can bring their own yarn
*100 yds or more of chunky or bulky novelty yarn! Yardage depends on which of the project options the student chooses
•250 yards or more of 2 different fingering or lace weight yarns (match the yardages for larger projects).

•Yarns should be chosen and wound prior to class so we can begin immediately.
•Preferred notions including: stitch markers, tapestry needle, tape measure, and scissors.
•A notebook and pen or pencil for taking copious notes.
A work-in-progress or finished project for show and tell (the desire to be admired is not required -but it is recommended!)
