Patterns coming from StevenBe:

These will automatically be sent to you when you place your
order.  If you have trouble finding your pattern, please email info@stevenbe.com.  Please note that
we cannot put this pattern into your Ravelry library.

Patterns coming from Ravelry:

You should see your pattern from Ravelry in an email either
in your inbox or junk/spam folder within 24 hours from placing your
order.  If you do not see your pattern in either of those folders, please
email info@stevenbe.com.

Ravelry library:

If you have ordered Ravelry patterns from StevenBe in the
past and the pattern has gone to your Ravelry library you do not need to worry
about sending your Ravelry name.  We automatically will know this.

If this is your first Ravelry pattern from StevenBe and need
the pattern dropped into your library there, please send your Ravelry name to info@stevenbe.com.
