Withdrawal Policy
If you need to withdraw from a class/workshop and you send a withdrawal request to info@stevenbe.com 7 days before the start of the class/ workshop, you may receive a refund (minus a 25% processing fee and minus the costs of any products and or patterns already received) as a store credit.
We cannot provide any refund for store credit if notice of withdrawal is received less than 7 days before the start of your class/workshop, except in the case of illness or health risk. In this case, you may receive a refund (minus a 25% processing fee and minus the costs of any products and or patterns already received) as a store credit if we receive notification to info@stevenbe.com within 24 hours of the start of class.
We are unable to honor any tuition transfer requests made after the start of class.
Why a 25% processing fee? At StevenBe we hire all of our talented instructors with payment per student. Almost all of the tuition minus product goes to the instructors. This processing fee allows us to partially compensate the instructor.
Cancellations
If minimum enrollment is not met, we reserve the right to cancel any workshop. If we cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund. This will be decided generally one week before the start of the class.
If StevenBe cancels class for inclement weather, you will be notified by phone. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be given. When you register for class, please provide the best phone number that you can be reached at.
