Big Bad Wool

Big Bad Wool is a small company with simple ideas exclusively for 'baby'.  Dedicated to developing and sourcing baby friendly products for knit and crochet, you won't find anything but baby.

(That being said, we the free at StevenBe have found that Big Bad Wool is amazing for so much more than just Baby! Think cowls, hats, mittens, scarves and maybe even a sweater!)

Donna Higgins, founder of Big Bad Wool was once a local yarn store owner. She was faced with the challenge of offering a cohesive 'baby' selection in her own shop. She set out to find a solution and instead created a very special product line that she wanted to share with the fiber world.  

Their products are made especially for baby while also creating an enjoyable experience for the knitter and those who crochet.  "I'd like to think we've thought of everything, and then some!"

Finished projects are meant to be worn, washed and cherished.   Wear it out!
