Workshop Description:
Are you Circular Sock Machine Curious or did you go ahead and get one and now you don't know what to do with it? Join Jamie Mayfield and crew for a fast class that is designed to get you on your way to knitting socks in a much shorter time frame. You will use a Tru-Knit circular knitting machine to make a sock all by yourself. Take the knowledge you gain and apply it to the machine you have or order yourself a new one.

About the Instructor:
Jamie Mayfield has been coming to Socktober at StevenBe since 2017.
She and her and her husband, Jeff, are behind the groundbreaking design and manufacturing of the Tru-Knit circular knitting machine, which was unveiled live from StevenBe in 2022.
Jamie is a passionate teacher, knitter, yarn dyer, sewer, and so many other things but is especially dedicated to sharing her expertise and introducing others to the art of sock making and the world of CSMs.
Jamie brings with her a talented crew of instructors that also had a hand in many of the innovations incorporated into the Tru-Knit CSM design. Any session with this group is a session with some of the most experienced and knowledgeable CSM users in the country.
